Return Policy
At skinlight it is of course possible to exchange or return your order (provided your ordered product does not fall under a legal exception. You have 14 days to report your return, after this notification you have another 14 days to return yourself. As soon as we have received your return, it will be inspected, everything is good and we have received your order in good order, you will receive your money back within 14 days. Preferably use the return form that you can use at the bottom of this page. We would appreciate it if you also send an email to info@skinlight.nl if you want to exchange or return, so that we are already informed.
Good to know:
We do not reimburse the costs for return. We recommend that you also use the packaging box as a return box. In this way, the return arrives at us as well as possible. Always include your order details such as order number, date of order and your personal details with your return, or use the form below. Products that have been opened, used or tested cannot be returned.
