1. Is Skinlight suitable for every skin type?
Yes, Skinlight is suitable for every skin type. This is partly because Skinlight is PH-neutral and perfume-free. 

2. Can I continue to use Skinlight forever?
Yes, you can continue to use Skinlight. This is possible because Skinlight consists of natural ingredients that do not irritate the skin, but will have a positive effect on the skin. After you have achieved the desired result, you can continue to use skinlight as a maintenance treatment.

3. When does Skinlight give results?
With intensive use, Skinlight gives results within 4-12 weeks. Of course, this depends on the skin type and can differ per complexion and person. It is also possible that the cream does not work well for you. This can have various causes, but the most obvious are: you do not combine the cream with an SPF, you have used the cream too short, the pigmentation is too deep in the skin, so that the cream does not take hold well, you adjust the skin too much exposure to sunlight. 

4. How often should I use Skinlight?
After you have the product at home and start the treatment, you should apply Skinlight to the skin twice a day. We recommend doing this both morning and evening. It is also advisable to always use a sunblock.

5. Does Skinlight provide a lasting effect?
Once the desired result is achieved? Then you can stop greasing for a while, and possibly apply the cream again when the unwanted complexion returns. However, our advice is to continue to use Skinlight as a maintenance treatment.

6. What ingredients are in Skinlight?
Aqua, Glyceryl Stearate Se, Stearic Acid, Glycerin, Sodium Cetearyl Sulfate, Chlorhexidine Digluconate, Dimethicone, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Panthenol, Phenoxyethanol, Stearyl Alcohol, Allantion, Cetyl Alcohol, 3-o-Ethyl ascorbic acid, Caprylhydroxamic, Acid, Bisabolol Methylpropanediol, Citric Acid, Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate. Because we only use natural ingredients, the color of the cream can sometimes differ.

7. How should I use Skinlight?
Always use Skinlight on cleansed and dry skin. Lubricate the skin with a small amount of the product, making sure to let the cream absorb well. Repeat this twice a day until you have achieved a nice result.

8. Where can I buy Skinlight?
Skinlight is for sale here on the web shop and can be picked up at our office. Our office is located in Nijmegen. You can also order Skinlight via bol.com. 

9. What are the payment options?
You can pay Skinlight with Ideal, Afterpay, Billink, Paypal, and bank transfer. If you buy Skinlight at our office, you can pay with cash or pin.

10. Can I pay afterwards?
Yes, with us you can also pay afterwards. You can do this via Afterpay or Billink. You will then receive a digital invoice by e-mail or post to pay for the purchased product(s).

AfterPay carries out a data check to approve your request to pay with giro collection form. AfterPay applies a strict privacy policy as described in its privacy statement. In the unlikely event that your request for payment by giro is not authorized, you can of course pay for the product to be purchased with another payment method.

11. How long does it take before I receive my order?
If you order on working days before 14:00, your order will be shipped the same day.
